Group Registration

In order to make a group registration, please fill in the special group registration form (please read the group registration policy). Please note that we need the complete individual addresses (hospital, department, street name and number, postal code, city, email address) of each participant. Subscription to the Journal of Neurology

Should the Meeting participant not be a member of ENS, he/she will receive a temporary subscription to the Journal of Neurology for the year 2012. This free e-subscription is valid for all issues of 2012. The electronic access codes will be emailed in August 2012.

Registration is limited and on a “first come – first served” basis.

Teaching Courses and Workshops during the ENS Meeting are subject to ENS Congress registration.

Please note that certificates for Teaching Course participation are only given out during the respective courses and cannot be issued afterwards.

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers, should the holding of the Meeting be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Confirmation

Please present the confirmation you received at the registration desk as proof of your registration.

Cancellation/Name Change

Once the participant registers for the ENS 2012, he/she is obliged to pay. Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing up to 2 May 2012. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 30.– will be charged.
On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will be charged € 10.–.
